I think you would really enjoy reading "It's Only a Game", by Jackie Burke Jr. That is when your game is not going to the "right" .
Had the pleasure of Champions Golf Club. Members have to have a handicap of 15 or better, or at least did a few years ago, in order to join. The club boasts of having the most single digit players in the country.
Jackie's office was is done all in rich warm wood and features framed photographs of Hogan, Demaret, Crosby and on and on. The room holds his life his history and his love for the game. A real treat to see.
