Sure, kick me while I'm own with right elbow takeaway!
Grant, that looks REALLY GOOD. Plenty of extensor action as well. Great alignments. I am anxious to watch it again tonight when I have more time. Off to work...
Have a great day, thanks for posting that great visual!

It just seems like I can fan that right forearm wherever I want. I can tug it outside, inside, and all in between without even thinking about it.
Today I was looking at a few models and reading on this site and decided to try a right ELBOW takeaway.
Basically I just feel like I'm elbowing something at a certain spot behind me and everything seems to move pretty well.
Thoughts?

Hey Grant
Sorry if Im sounding like a broken record but.........
Take a look at photo 10-13-D #2 and compare it to yourself at Top. Notice how the Inclined Plane in that photo runs through her Turned (Right) Shoulder. Notice how her Left Arm is above the Inclined Plane and though you cant quite see it imagine the Clubshaft as laying flat on this Inclined Plane. Notice the little bend in her Left Wrist........ this is her (geometrically) Flat Left Wrist ---- not literally flat. This makes it all possible and is a sign of Left WRist Cocking that done in a pure Vertical fashion---no Horizontal Left Hand Motion.
As far as your Elbow Action goes. Take a look at the Major and Minor Strokes. There are several methods available to the Hitter not just a pure inline , elbow bending only , piston action like in 10-3-C PUSH, which by the way is recommended for short shots only. See 10-3-A PUNCH and its recommendation for Fanning and Bending. See 10-3-K BAT. Note how here with a RFT its the Check Rein Action of the Left Arm that bends the Right Arm, which cocks the left wrist.......weird but wonderful. You'll need Extensor Action to get it done most likely.
You need to Fan and Bend! If you needed to throw a baseball a long way you wouldnt shot putt it you'd throw it. Hitting Full shots in golf are much the same, like a side armed throw at the Aiming Point with fanning and bending. If its unaligned for you going back then you need to work on Tracing. Make sure you dont have any residual left side push away stuff getting into the mix. That can freeze your right elbow and take you outside the Plane Line. Just Trace,Fan let it bend UP to Top.
I like to think of it as the middle two fingers of the right hand , the other side of the #1pp, that get it all done. It can take the whole shebang back and all the way up while at the same time tugging on the Left ARm, Extensor Action.
