An impact bag is something that everyone should have especially if you want to have have that flat left wrist and bent right wrist at impact! I have the Izzo one and while its cheaper of the two bags that you mentioned, its good value for money. Go get it and use the money that you have saved to get some rackets and dowels As for instructions, if you do a search on the forum there was a thread that Yoda had replied to that had detailed instructions on how to get the best usage out of the bag.
