The infamous "one piece takaway" has helped hackers and ruined players. Swingers take the club to the "end" rather than the "top". The load against pressure point #3 at the end is easier to accomplish with a snap loading procedure 10-22-C in the backstroke which delays the lag loading at the end until the last instant.
