Thanks. I can easily relate to that. Recognize the elbow thing. I also have a feeling that the hips is chasing the arms - or - the hips trying to do whatever the hands is conducting. What feels a bit strange - as it should I guess - is that it creates a sensation that the lower body is not contributing as much as it potentially could. "Feels as if" the hips are more or less in on a free ride.

Anyway I am sticking to this and hope to see the new sensations ingrained. Any other confirmations that I am on the right track or other descriptions are very welcome.
