I have a nice little golf studio up here in Maine - Golf Video, Golf Simulator - that a lot of people enjoy. I was looking at a larger facility with a large indoor short game facility. Does anyone have entities that they could refer me to - in order to check out grants, funding - to help support a larger quality golf center? I checked with First Tee of Maine - they kind of said they'd get back to me when they were looking to expand - not much there right now. Not sure if "they" control the whole state or if there would still be opportunities at the central location for the First Tee location nationwide. Probably nothing out there - but thought I would ask. (Plus it helps my posting totals!)

Mike, get a good lawyer who is local, start an LLC perhaps, and get investors?
Lots of tax breaks (at least there used to be) and benes. Ask Lynn!
