Float Loading and the Power Package

I understand that Lag Loading is about stressing the Clubshaft, and that the Power Package Components are about loading the Power Accumulators.

But what is the exact relation between Float Loading (as a Component #19 Variation) and the Power Package Components (#21 through #24)?

With Float Loading, is Power Package Assembly Point that point on the Downstroke when Float Loading has produced maximum Right Arm bend and maximum Left Wrist cock or is Power Package Assembly Point always a point on the Backstroke?

Does Float Loading affect the player’s options of Loading and Release (Full Sweep, Random Sweep, Snap) ?

Since Float Loading causes an immediate unbending of the Right Arm after that extra bending on the Downstroke, is Power Package Release for Float Loading always automatic? Or is it always non-automatic because the player consciously decides when to start the Float Loading ? Or neither ??
