I prefer setting up with impact hands. It helps me keep my alignments at impact.

I find the MAJORITY of my students enjoy standard address with lagging club-head takeaway. I have helped a lot of people moving them in this direction just as YODA taught us at Medina!

I will keep fooling with SA and LCT and it wouldn't surprise me if I change someday...

I have started using impact hands, or at least close to impact hands to great success the past few weeks. I think it may have something to do with creating better head and eye alignments. Also maybe not getting the hands as deep on the backswing.

I've seen video of your swing. You have come a LONG way! :salut: I really like the looks of what I see as a single shift to the turned shoulder plane, maybe even no-shift feel?

Its pretty close, the hands are not quite zero shifting but I get on the TSP pretty quick. Thanks.

Kevin,
What are the (bare) essentials of impact hands/fix address?

I'm not lining up left because of the "d" plane. I really don't fully understand it. I'm just lining up more left, intuitively until my clubface feels aligned to the target.

Flat Left Wrist
Bent Right Wrist
Can't see your left foot -- blocked by your hands

I'd like that Bent Right Wrist, Frozen, not stirred, from Startup to left ear. Force your entire Swing or Hit to allow the FBRW to move Down through the ball to your full Finish (not Dutch, unless you are Dutch in which case it is ok :) ) .
