I'm still having this problem. Any chance that we are close to a solution?

I've been working on this one, guys. About the only thing I can find, though are references to problems with the flash plugin. My guess is that madobemedia (macromedia+adobe :)) has introduced some sort of Mac bug into the plugin, but it's hard to say at this point.

I think golfinmachine is right on the money, but we'll keep workin' on it. Again, the only thing this affects is the flash announcements banner, so be sure to check out the LBG academy page regularly for upcoming events.

Could one of you mac guys give this another shot and report back?

Yes, that's what I meant. I've changed our flash events banners so they are no longer using the problematic code. You may need to clear your browser's cache.
