It's easy, just stop sleeping. ;) :sleepy:

Seriously, I would like to find some time to practice and play more. But, doesn't everybody?

Perhaps you can take a few days off from teaching and give tour school a shot? ;)

If I shoot under par in every tournament that I play next year, I'll start looking for investors. Until then, the lesson tee is my home. :)

PGA Tour = These guys are good.

I would have never made it to the first tee.

The Marriott Childrens Miracle Network Charity Pro-Am is a major event in the Georgia PGA Section. This is not a 'little deal.'

Ted's victory is a huge accomplishment, and it deserves to be recognized as such.

Ted Fort is the Man!!!

Congratulations Ted!!!!!

This a well deserved win for a great professional. You guys don't realize how much Ted does, I really do wonder if Ted ever sleeps. He is one of the best ball strikers and putters in the section. He spends 8 to 10 hours on the lesson tee 5 days a week in season, and he's an incredible Mentor.

Ted and I talked the night before he went to play at Stone Mountain and I told him to go win it because it was narrow and it set up for him, so he did.

We've been playing phone tag because since his win he's been teaching as have I.

However I can't wait to hear what the round "felt" like.

Ted you've been an awesome Mentor to me this year helping me with my HIT, teaching FORTIFIED SHORT GAME schools together, and giving me advice on all sorts of things.

As any Mentor Student relationship goes, I can't wait to give your game a run when we play in the same event Monday and Tuesday.

Sorting Through the Instructors Textbook and Circuit Players Handbook.

B-Ray

P.S.
Maybe Ted's proving you can be a great player and teacher, in the past I was told you could only be one or the other.

Congrats...Ted...

That is some 'Great Golf'.

Everytime your name pops up, I still get the image of you from when I was at the swamp.

Yoda was describing what he was going to do and there stood Ted with a club in his hands making small back and forth motions (1 foot or so), practicing the alignments at Impact Fix. At that time it look like it was auotmatic for him, place a club in his hands and boom, motion starts.

Great Going...

You all just have to love it, seeing a plan come together.

The event attracts a field of Georgia's finest golf professionals, and as usual, it takes top-flight golf to win. Today, the winning score was 67.

And it was produced by a 'weekend golfer.'

Namely, our own...

Ted Fort.

Congratulations, Ted!

2006 Georgia PGA Teacher of the Year.

Champion, Marriott Childrens Miracle Network Pro-Am.

And...

All-Around Good Guy.

You've worked hard, my friend, and you deserve everything that has come your way.

I am proud of you!

:salut:

Congratulations Ted...

Er, PGA Q-School is just round the corner...:)

Ted,

Nice work! I remember the plate of crab legs you ate at Dustin.
