Eh? What did you say?

Thanks to everyone. I'm in shock that I made it past 20! I had too many of those red neck's famous last word moments, "Hey ya'll, watch this!" Every extra day past 20 is a blessing from God. When I woke up this morning, I didn't have any more pains than I did yesterday. So, what's the big deal?

When I was a child, my pediatrician was Dr. Denmark. I know I've spoken about her a few times. But, when I think of getting older, I have hope to do as well as she has done. She will turn 111 years old on February 1, 2009.

So, with her in mind, 40 didn't even make me blink.

When's your next appt with her youngster...

Happy B-day...

My Dad always said that getting old was not for sissies. He lived to be 96. I'm just a few days from 60 and now realize the meaning of his words. Go get 'em!!! Many happy returns!:salut:

dcg1952 01-27-2009 01:38 PM

Happy 40th. It's really no big deal. As I look back from age 57 I realize I peaked at 42 ---so you actually have 2 more "good" years left.

SwingNorthtoSouth 01-27-2009 01:50 PM

Happy Birthday Congrats

Ted, I am glad we did the "Hitters Handshake" the last time we met. That was at 39 years young. I look forward to another handshake this year at 40.

Happy Birthday

She's not the kind of Doc you need. I don't think they can cure that stuff, anyway.

Happy birthday, Ted! (late!)
But remember, when asked your age, always say, in your best Jack Benny impersonation, "I'm THIRty NINE!"...
Ok, you're too young to remember JB...but Lynn knows.
Tom
