As much as I like to deny it, colder weather is setting in here in stunning Ohio. :crybaby:

I have some exercise and flexibility and balance routines to do, much of it inspired by our resident fitness expert, Vicky Lake; but am intrigued by the speed chain. I even recall seeing one on film here in the vicinity of the great green omnipotent Yoda a while back.

I would like to hear from any of you with experiences with a speed chain or similar devices. Thumbs up, down, etc. Still using it, collecting dust, whatever.
