Pitcher's Elbow
1 Attachment(s)
Any similarities between the throwing motion of a baseball and the golfer's motion?:)
|
When Homer named it Pitch elbow that is what he was referring to. Elbow leads.

notice the right wrist bend...is it possible that his right forearm with his leading elbow & bent right wrist is rotating on the same plane as the shoulder turn.
By the way this pitcher Jason S. is having his 1st start in several years tommorrow for the Blue crew:) |

he has already started his motion forward from bottom to top ....his shoulders are turning toward the plate while his right hand is still at the top...the right elbow will be leading and the right wrist will be bending more as he continues his motion as shown in the 1st picture...might be stretching the anology here.:)

Heck yeah . . . . same as the javlin deal . . . . right forearm flying wedge on a vertical plane . . . . pivot lag . .. . accumulator lag . . . . axis tilt . .. hip slide . .. lotsa stuff.
