hitting shots low and towards the heel on irons
 

I have been using TGM concepts for a year with good results off the tee. On iron shots, my impact is low on the face and towards the heel. I am having trouble taking a divot. My downswing noticeably flattens during the transition. Any thoughts that could correct this impact pattern?
