The uncocking is a prelude to impact, whereas the finishing swivel follows, post impact.

See the finish swivel?

Horizontal hinging is where the toe of the club finishes up perpendicular to the plane line, or the club face is laying flat against the inclined plane, post impact - see the finishing swivel above.

Vertical hinging is where the club face is at a 90* angle across the plane line post impact - looking directly at the sky; and Angled Hinging is mid-way between the two, say at a 45* angle.
