Anyone change to hitting in the wind?
 

I just got back from playing in a 9 hole match play event where the wind was 20-30mph. I had been doing pretty good as a swinger for the last 4 weeks or so but completely lost it in the wind. After about 4 holes I decided to go back to "hitting" and salvaged the match. I just have so much more confidence that I can control the shot with a hitting motion. I may hit it a little farther on occasion as a swinger but when in a pressure situation I have more confidence in the "hitting" pattern.
I don't know where I am going to end up with all of this. Anyone else experience this at all?
