I keep hitting the ball right, sometimes just a little bit, other times it sails way right.

I used to but now rarely hit big hooks.

I play off 3 and would like to get to scratch.

So I only watched the first video, but the swing looks fine,, I know you might want a more difficult answer to your question but I only have a simple one... Watch the first video again and think of Anika, or Duval... You are right eye dom.. and your head is always looking forawrd. That would be where I would start if it is an occational block..Quicker you look at the target in that swing the more the face opens.
