Thrusting my right hip works ok but I loose power.
Throwing a very heavy medicine ball hard with two hands works very well, too. You need your power package (back elbow close to your side, to support the weight. Then, you step left and drive the weight with your right side locked and direct the throw as the weight gathers momentum.
Sidearm frisbee throw works ok but that snaps the wrist and it confuses me.
