I am having trouble in Safari as well.

Some kind of xml message, on every new page.

We worked on this problem some more and got it solved, at least for ThinkingPlus. If firefox is crashing or hanging for you while visiting this site, then the first thing you should try is upgrading your Java Runtime Environment. It's free and can be downloaded here: http://java.com/en/download/index.jsp
