grip end of the club travel horizontal?
At any time in the golf swing does the grip end travel horizontal to the ground or level?

Down
The Grip, I'd say no. The HANDS, YES! The grip or shaft is effected by the accumulator angles, roll and swivel. The hands travel in straight lines and will briefly travel level before release but... the Incline Swing Plane is DOWN, OUT and THROUGH.

Are you saying that the hands travel level briefly during the release and then the swivel?

I understand DOWN and THROUGH but can you explain what OUT means ?

There are Five Delivery Paths that the hands can take. These are the Path the Hands take, NOT the clubhead or shaft. Most differ from where they begin and the angle path downward, but more or less once the hands are in release, 8-9, they travel briefly and quicky level as the accumulator angles release.

Out to the Ball. Three Dimensions, Down, Out and Through makes up the Incline Plane.
