The Four Power Accumulators are an Out-of-Line condition of the Power Package and releasing them to seek an in-line condition that releases their stored potential.

Would someone please elaborate?

1. Ask a father to bring his daughter back in a swing set to her 'stored potential'.

2. Stand in the vertical plane her seat previously occupied.
