Hi, i'm new to the golfing machine and i've tried to search everywhere for information on the specific path that the right forearm needs to take to get to top position. I know the right forearm needs to be on plane.
I saw the alignment golf video and it seems that VJ is doing this "lawnmower" motion. Is that actually what we are supposed to be doing? How much fan and how much pulling back goes into it?
Thanks
The alignment of the right forearm is very much about how you load the club....get you a hockey stick....with the "square shaft" and long blade you'd never load that hockey stick for swinging unless you were a total goofball spazzmatic weirdo....distinguish that from how "most people" take a golf club back and there in lies the difference between the backstroke for hitting and swinging...with the hockey stick you don't swivel back but you do fan...the forearm is aligned to PUSH the sweetspot... not pull it....
Check the forearm alignment here...aligned to push...HITTING
