Bill : That is going to happen one day . It is a pity that the TGM organisation is not set up in an "All for one ,One for all" type of way because I feel if it was the storming would start sooner rather than later.

The book is splattered with drills and TGM in layman's terms.
In one of his appearances, I made the connection but only after studying TGM and just happened to have his book. My copy is a Copyright 2003 PGA TOUR Partners Club from a used book store at $1.99. There is a "Garden Chat" introduction in the book where he acknowledges different instructors but nothing on TGM.

One example of "TGM in layman's terms"

Keeping the right wrist bent is associated with keeping the body engaged in the shot. With the left hand removed and the right hand just above the shaft, a small empty water bottle is placed between the grip and the wrist-forearm area to "set the correct wrist bend needed." Swings are made without crushing the bottle.

Just got in a copy of Martin Hall's "Golf Myths Exposed". I have alot of respect for Mr. Hall. As a fellow PGA member, I consider him an asset to the teaching community.

After quickly looking through the book (it has alot of good information and drills) the picture on the cover shows Hall in the number one malfunction, Steering. Granted it is a postion just after Follow Through, but it looks nothing like what he advocates in the book . I am surprise he would let that get on the cover.

The photo was probably taken before he worked with Yoda at TGM workshop.

I have also just got a copy of Martins book, and I feel it is excellent, some really good drills, and some great teaching aids that he has made that look particularly useful. If you can try and obtain a copy, good stuff.

Great question Philly, I believe this because Ben doesnt just know the words but he know how to practically apply and teach the principles and laws. The true physics is present in all his lessons its all about cause 100% not positions and geometry although this is also important - its how the geometry is created and sustained that must be understood. He's the best and that's why Hall is so good, as a result of working with Ben.

I don't see how that makes other AI's not the Real Thing?

Geometry is not position golf. Homer said Geometry was MOTION and Physics was ACTION.

The geometry is not fixed lines but lanes of motion, never to be stopped along and the physics is the kick in the azz to ride the plane.

Ben is a fine teacher, The GodFather of TGM, but please don't think he is the first or last word in TGM instruction.
