I would say try 10-16-C, Right Anchor. Meaning - keep some flex in your right knee until sit down. That should tighten up your pivot.

Also - just in case - forget all the 'keep the head still' stuff. Looks to me like you may have overdone it. Remember, allow the head to rotate per 1-L #1 and #2...do not restrict it for restrictions sake. That may free up your turn (look flexible enough to me) so your left shoulder can turn more freely....

Otherwise, read 222 Golf Magazines, take two aspirin and call Yoda in the morning...

I don't have all the pics or the video, but I'll make some guesstimates. Additionally, I have to agree with Philly about the over-do.
1-L #2: The Post may turn (Pivot) bot does not "sway" or "bob". If you look at our photos side by side, the bill of my cap has turned, where your nose hasn't. Because I don't have the address pics, I don't know if your right hip has cleared to any extent. Instead of worrying about the lack of flexibility or the length of the swing, I would be more concerned with extensor action and allowing the head to turn. Try to keep the head in it's three dimensional space, but allow it to turn.
