Bucket
Bucket,
I'll stop by in the next hour with the ambulance- Looks like we'll be headed to New Jersey this time- as the PowerPackage has only 5 more posts until he hits 1000. I've got a room already reserved for him up on the 6th floor. This time don't forget the body jacket, straps and tranquilizers!!! Remember what happened last time with EdZ and Birdie Man! As usual, I'll have the 12 piece bucket of chicken in the back for the ride up.

Sure whatever . . . make sure you get the ambulance driver's MOUTH taped up this time. The last time you taped the wrong end and we had to sing row row row your boat and the Barney song until I just about soiled myself. AND if you don't like the thigh meat . . . don't take a bite and put it back in the bucket like you did in Canada.

Don't them Soprano's live in NJ? Better bring the good cheese grater for this job. See you about 3 . . . I'll bring that Freedom Rock 8 track you like so good.

L8R pee pants.

The more I study The Golfing Machine the less I know about Switting.

You read every month or watch instruction clips online where an instructor teaches a Swinging component and a Hitter's component in the same article.
They are grabbing at straws. They are seeing what sticks to the wall.

Once you learn 12-1-0 and 12-2-0. Built a Machine that rips it for you.

right forearm takeaway
Help, during the take away or backswing, my right elbow is pointing rearward/backward instead of down and I do not know what I am doing to cause this. Please explain in detail what I should feel as I take the clubhead from the ball and bring my arms up. I need to know how to do the start up swivel. Thanks, Maureen

Practice the MacDonald Exercises, especially the 'free Arm Swing.' http://www.lynnblakegolf.com/forum/s...ead.php?t=4435 Click on the photos for a larger version, and follow the instructions exactly.

Practice first without a Club (#5 and #6); then, with a Club (#5-#7). Make the Swing Motion continuously, i.e., back and through and back and through and back and through. As instructed, limit the motion to a half-swing, keeping your heels together as your Feet execute their 'mark time' action in perfect timing with the Arm Swing. Swing your Arms freely from your Shoulders as you keep your torso facing the Line. Also, stick a tee in the butt end of your Club, and make sure it points at the Line on both ends of the Stroke.

As you swing the Club continuously back and through and back and through and back and through, feel the Hands leading and the Club lagging, especially as you 'reverse the motion' (backwards from Finish to Top) and swing through the Start Up and into the Backstroke and to the Top. Soon, you'll be able to retain that Feel as you start the Swing from your selected Address Position. This is the Feel of Lag and Drag, and it is no less than The Secret of the Game.

Do these simple drills for just a few minutes a day, and soon any worry about 'Start Up Swivel' will be a thing of the past.

The link works fine for me, jcurtis. Try again!

If you still have a problem, PM Bambam, and he'll make it happen.

A Swingers Right Elbow position
Guys,
I had a session today with my AI and I am trying to learn how to swing; I have a tendency to have a hitters elbow, and I want to learn to prepare my elbow better in a swingers down pointing elbow position; any of you have any drills or functional training ideas that will help me. I can get the elbow in the position on the slower practice swings but when we look at the swing on video once I swing at full speed it tends to look more like Mr. Palmers elbow position vice Mr. Hogan’s position or Mr. Woods. Please help; My AI has given me great guidance, but I would like to read and hear more ideas on something’s that might have worked for some of you guys.
Very Respectfully
