Still on Extensor Action
In Swinging, during release and follow through, where should you feel more
the EA ,in PP1 or PP3 or neither one but just the right elbow?
Thanks

Extensor Action specific "feel"

I have similar questions:
1) Since the right arm is always trying to straighten but generally with a Bent Right Wrist, the Extensor Action "feel point" would be the first point of contact, Pressure Point 1 (heel of the right hand), correct?
2) If 1) is true, does it follow that the feel of the stretch in the left arm should be more from the base of the left thumb up the inner forearm (along the radius bone), up the upper arm into the armpit area?
3) If 2) is true, does it follow that when the left wrist area turns and rolls in the swing that it does so primarily around the forearm radius bone and the base of the thumb?
Thanks.

Hi Streak,
as we wait for answers to mine and yours nr.1 and 2,regarding your nr.3
I understood from a Yoda's video that the feel of the left wrist roll is more
in the left Elbow than the base of the left thumb, you roll the entire left forearm
not just the wrist...waiting for confirmation.
Ciao
