I have always thought of the right elbow as dictating when the left wrist moves off the plane, perhaps this is wrong. I notice here in this comparison that your elbows being a little further apart allows you to keep your left hand turned to plane AND have Punch Elbow. Interesting.
Is this a hitting procedure with a late (ish) release? Hitting with a lot of drag loading?
Even when you are hitting you bare a similarity to Hogan.

Would you consider Mr. Hogan to have a Pitch elbow?
Anxious to hear any insight on Yoda's swing as well...
Thanks,
Kevin

Yes, I would say that for this somewhat short shot (page 91 suggests that this is a "short shot" or pitch, which can only lead one to really wonder about the shaft flex on those clubs) he is demonstrating a pitch elbow similar to the, in TGM terms, start down waggle, he displayed in the Shells Wonderful World of golf , post match demonstration.
He do I get any props for the forums longest run on sentence in 2008? This is the time to review the year , is it not? So close to New Years. Bagger how did that compare? Bam Bam? Anybody?
Upon re reading this I can now see how my original post may be wrongly construed by some as a re affirmation of the often misinterpreted "arms tied together" diagram in Five Lessons.
This was not my intention. As you and others, in my opinion, have rightly noted Mr Hogans rather freely hanging right arm and elbow at address. Both pre and post accident, I might add.
This despite some assertions that "if he hadnt had the accident he would have done it this way" etc.
