This is an interesting video of Shawn Clement describing the right arm action as a feeling of hammering a door jam. This does not seem to be a triceps cross line thrust pushing procedure for hitting. Is this a right arm throw with pitch elbow?
Shawn is a friend of mine and a terrific golf instructor. Shawn's teachings, though, are based on the golf stroke as instinctive (always feel and flow, let gravity do the work) and not positional or mechanical. Right Arm Throw for sure. Which is akin to a side armed throwing motion.
In line Push Basic is for short shots, chipping , putting but only if you so choose. You can also use a less inline ,( more fanning) motion for Basic as well .......something more like the Right Arm Throw ....see Bat Basic.
What I see is a right arm forcused motion, throwing or swinging the right arm. Does not look like a hitting straightened right elbow motion at impact and follow through.
Using this will it create trouble? Right arm, but not exactly right arm hitting, or more right arm swinging?

Nice Video about the Driving Right Forearm and he's very close to understanding the Level Right Wrist and Extensor Action. So close and yet so far away.
Unfortunately, the Hammer Head is "Rolled" in his Hand and unless he wants to strike the nail with the Side of the Hammer head, then he can't apply the "Paddlewheel Action" of the #3 Accumulator Roll.
When you strike a nail with a Hammer, there's no "Paddlewheel Action". When you strike a Golf Ball with a Golf Club there should be a "Paddlewheel Action". The Paddlewheel Action synchronizes the Sequenced Release, Uncock, Roll and Swivel and allows "Hinge Action". It's execution is very simple.
I would present the information in a video but I would be lose my 12 stroke advantage over Innercityteacher because he would actually "learn" how to swing a club and know "what" to practice. Until our competition, I think he should "work on" "Waist Bend" and "Axis Tilt".
