Set-up an ABCD team according to handicap. Play one best ball of the four on par 5's, two best balls on the par 4's, and three best ball on the par 3's. It keeps everbody in the game and lets the higher handicaps contributre on the shorter holes. I recomend 80% handicap, but you can go as far as 100%.

Those par 3's can make you or bereak you.
