I bought mine at the PGA Show last year -- it's under $100 but still not cheap -- and you can't stay aboard this baby if you Sway. The ol' Center of Gravity stays put or else! I feel it also helps build those mission critical 'balance muscles' so necessary for the stability of Zone One (Body Control)..

In the latest Golf Digest there is an article about how Ernie Els went about rehabbing his knee. On one of the pages he is standing on two things that appear similar to this product, one under each foot. He says it has really helped with his balance and to strengthen the muscles he needs to maintain a properly balanced swing.
