I understand that on the downswing, the left wrist uncocks and then rolls into impact.

1. Why isn't this uncocking of the left wrist actually a LOSS of power before impact?
2. Is it possible to do "simultaneous release" when "Swinging"?
3. Wouldn't a "simultaneous release" help a person who has problems with hitting fat?

Thanks
  1. Because the surface speed of the Clubhead increases geometrically as the Left Wrist Uncocks. And velocity is one of the components in the formula for kinetic energy.
  2. Yes, but it would be a Compensated Stroke. Sequenced Release is most compatible with the Standard Wrist Action and the Centrifugally powered Stroke of Swinging.
  3. If it did, you will just be adding another compensation on top of a compensation.
