I've tried both ways - start up from impact fix and start up from adjusted address. I believe I'm personally leaning towards adjusted address - but that's just my personal preference.

OK. Allow me to recant. Today I went out and hit from impact fix instead of adjusted address. Holy crap, you can really obliterate the ball from this position!

From impact fix I just take away the entire assembly keeping the right wrist frozen and then just hammer down and out through the ball.
