Aaron's actual motion is very centered stabled and very on plane with a very controlled Arc of Approach procedure... Bucket ./...your right ...my sequence is what they are teaching... Yoda...you've seen it live and yes ..might right forearm is not on plane at address...but you know it is at impact.... Why the jumping or extension?...try vertical forces and torques from the ground up to magnify the "wallop".... You see...those on the outside think this article is all they teach...
