A right anchor keeps the tailbone still (bottom of spine), standard knee keeps the head still (top of spine). Either the 'top swings' or the 'bottom swings'. (keep the hips level - right anchor, or allow the hips to tilt - standard knee action, right leg straightens) Hitter's IMO should use standard action because it really, really helps the crossline hip motion.
