Note that the hands are not moving themselves - they are being moved (by your Pivot). Note also that the clubhead speeds up while the hands remain at a constant speed. In an actual swing, the hands will be slowing down as they reach the impact position, but the point is you should not be trying to speed up or slow down the hands - as that will be a jerky and disruptive motion.
