I was a successful self-taught hitter way before I knew anything about TGM, and it is a needy procedure. I'm a bigger fan of right-sided swings (don't start!) It's taken about 10 years to get my hitter tendencies out of me, and I couldn't be happier!!! I think that hitting teaches impact better than anything.
