PP#3 for Roll = anti-shank?

Does it means that if you swing and you strongly sense PP#2 (3 last fingers of the left hand) and not enought pp#3 you are more likely to Shank it?

So, if I understant well, the more strongly you feel PP#3 (while swinging), the more it allows the clubhead to properly roll through impact, right?
