I have now decided the optimal way of viewing as well. Step 1. Watch all 3 DVDs Step 2. From what you have seen you should have a good idea where you have been going wrong, identify the areas most in need of improvement. Step 3. Revisit DVD 2 and make detailed notes on the drills you most want to work on. Step 4.
