Stiffen your left arm and using your right arm, pull your left arm snuggly accross your chest with your right arm all the way to the top, or end. Start your downswing but don't release the right elbow until its almost too late. Don't forget Standard Wrist Action durring the Backstroke. Hit the ball another 20 yards.
