[*]Stay in your Posture so that the Right Elbow Clears the Hip during the Downstroke. Daryl, How would you recommend going about staying in your posture? How does waist bend alter impact conditions? Why does coming out of your posture prevent tilting the axis and clearing the right hip. I know it does but I lack an effective book-based description.
