Daryl,

How would you recommend going about staying in your posture? How does waist bend alter impact conditions? Why does coming out of your posture prevent tilting the axis and clearing the right hip. I know it does but I lack an effective book-based description.

Sincerely,

Okie
Stay in Posture to Clear the Right Hip during the Downstroke.

During the Backstroke 80% of your weight shifts to the right foot. Go ahead and start the Downstroke with a Slide Left Hip Tilt and setting the Left Heel down to the ground but - don't take too much the weight off of the Right Foot.

Right-Left-Right-Left weight shift is not the best idea for Swingers using a Wrist Throw. Left Toe, Right Heel, Left Heel, Right Toe is a more gradual shift and it will keep the Right Hip where it belongs.
