It looked to me like you have a nice motion back, but coming through you are using the right side/shoulder to square up, rather than the straightening right arm with a bent right wrist (passive in the case of swinging, but still very important). I would focus on horizontal hinge, hitting punch shots and holding the finish at both arms straight to look, look, look. Where is the toe of the club pointing? Is the left wrist flat, right wrist bent?
