It states in 6-B-3-0 that hookface is built into the club.

Could someone tell me what that is and how it is determined.

Drivers have 3 angles. lie, loft and "hookface". hookface is the closed or open face angle to the target. It may be several degrees. an application is that a several degree hookface is used to help the slicer. This is not an easy specification to find for "off the rack" clubs
