When I do Lynn's DS waggle from the AG vid,,(stretch w/ extensor rightward as lower body is stretching toward the target) I dont get ahead of the ball, my head stays back and all is good.

Im prolly just "over cooking" VJ's move or something, but Im sure it could be a pretty dynamic move once mastered...
I didn't do a very good job of answering your question ColtsFan. I see your point...

That is where Homer's ideas were so incredibly brilliant, it's different for everybody. We want everybody to achieve the same mechanics, but have to use their own "feels" to achieve them.

My problem has always been the opposite of yours. I am trying to "feel" like I get ahead of the ball to cover it. My issue has always been going the other way, backing up. That's why I have to work so hard at trying to keep my chest over the ball, and why I enjoy the teaching of guys like VJ Trolio and S&T so much. When I "feel" a weight shift on the back stroke, I'm not into my right leg, I'm over it. Death! The "feels" of staying left help me achieve a motion closer to my model which is the video of YODA I posted...
