Thanks for feeding me with understandable bits of information.

But in line with the rest of the checklist it would in my opinion have made more sense to call it it Start Down Waggle Prep in section 6 and have the actual Start Down Waggle in section 7, but what do I know!?

The Startdown Waggle is covered off , I believe ( Homer can on occasion be uh... slightly confusing ) in Section 3 points 10,11,12. Beside which I have notations reading "Shaft" , "Head" and "Face" accordingly......perhaps from a Lynn lesson or divine intervention maybe.

See also 3-F-5 for more detailed information of the Waggles; Address and Startdown. One can include the Startdown Waggle as part of a Practice Swing or do it separately prior to Startup. Jeff Hull does the latter just before he rips it as part of his routine.
