This will get your mind in your hands and not on the clubhead. I'm sure all these threads will show up here too. On this site check out the video of Yoda blasting the impact bag AT LOW POINT AND FOLLOW THROUGH. This is how you want to look. Soak these images into your mellon. Buy or make an impact bag. Train both of your hands separately and then together. Start out with little chipping motions into the bag. After you have hit it, hold your position and check your wrist alignments (flat and bent). Train the impact interval and then graduate to bigger motions. Do this stuff infront of a mirror if you can. Feed your hands good alignments from pounding the bag. Do some of your work at home without having to worry about what the ball is doing. Also if you use the dowel you don't have to focus on the clubhead. It's just you and the hands your mama gave you. If you can make the motions, the shots will come. Good luck man! You can do this. R I picked up an impact bag yesterday, I purchased dowels last week, I've been reading posts and trying to follow them. I am hoping what I am doing matches what is intended. I don't want to ingrain improper techniques. Steve LSH View Public Profile Send a private message to LSH Find all posts by LSH
