Not sure what your point is. Cocking/uncocking is a perpendicular motion (even on an inclined plane). That's the opposite of bending/arching which is a horizontal motion. Isn't that the case?
Even though this forum is pretty much dead, I still come back to learn about the golf swing. This video is the best one I have seen on the forum.
It might be me but I have a hard time understanding the other ones because of the fast talking. This one was slow so I could understand what was being said and it also answered a very important question I always had about the flat left wrist.
thanks for posting this.

This is the best Forum in Golf. Not even close to death. So what, people have moved on. Some have given in to other systems.
TGM has had a bashing. Not my fault. Some people are jerks and Golf instruction is filled with them. Do you visit other Forums? Do you see the confusion and the waste of time on things that don't matter? I do. Golf instruction is having a "Heart Attack".
I'll have my videos up this year. They'll shock you. In a good way. People will come back and post at LBG.com. It has been and will always be the most comprehensive useful Forum about the Golf Swing.

If this forum is not dead how come I don't see Lynn Blake on here any more? I don't mean to offend anybody but seems like all free golf forums are dying out.
