I've had an experience recently that led me to believe double cocking the left and right wrist can cause a hook.
It's my understanding that the only cause of a dramatic hook is a face to path aberration - so that must be the how... but what I have seen is double wrist cocking hands, along a slightly in to out path, result in a ball thats starts perfectly on line but violently hooks. So I'm having a really hard time wrapping my head around the why.
And before we proceed, let me make sure I've got a few things right... it's my understanding that the left wrist must be bent before it can cock (improperly). If the left wrist is flat and vertical it can't cock improperly.

Thanks in advance.
I'm sure someone will have a real reason here pretty soon, but i'll give it a shot until I'm corrected With a double cock of your Wrists, and the #2 Accumulator being the Velocity Accumulator, my mind immediately leads me to believe that the additional velocity coming from your Right Wrist Uncocking is too much speed for your Flat Left Wrist, leading to a Bent Left Wrist at Impact and a Clubface looking at the target at Impact but closing too rapidly most of the time. I guess Jamie Sadlowski double cocks? And he plays quite the "draw", not to mention those Long Drive boys aren't the straightest hitters in the world

I was thinking you might be overcooking the turn on the BS, getting off plane causing some kind of violent shift. Or, the hip action is insufficient to carry you through and running out of right arm leading to lack of "feeling" downward thrust down the plane.
Perhaps experiment with some different ball positions and aiming points? 6-E?
You may need to define your terms here . . . Double Cocking by strict definition I'd say applies to the left wrist being cocked AND BENT . . . this isn't necessarily a bad thing depending on your grip type. Stronger grip types are gonna cock and bend to maintain the integrity of the left arm flying wedge . . . Cocking and bending the left wrist typically is a face opener.
cocking the right wrist . . . well that'd be a no no . . .

I'm not trying to 'fix' anything - I'm just trying to understand how double cocking can cause a hook, given a mildly in to out path, and a ball that starts just right of target.

Im not Trackman savvy but those parameters would indicate a push shot more than a hook shot wouldnt they guys? Doesnt sound like much Divergence between Face and Path. Andy are you sure about your Path being "mildly in to out"?
Cocking your Right Wrist ........you dont need to do that. Its not necessary as a source of power and it breaks the Right Forearm Flying Wedge. Maybe if you only had your Right Arm to swing with but assuming two arms......its not worth the loss of structure as the Left Wrist can provide all the Velocity Power needed.
Imagine slapping something with a flimsy right wrist .......then with a frozen bent right wrist. The latter has more structure and more power although the velocity is the same.

if you cock and bend your left wrist that's gonna open the face so assuming it stays that way there's your push . . . plus if you are cocking the right wrist your angle of attack is likely steep which is basically "swinging out" plus path to the right that sounds like a recipe for pushes and hooks. Feel like you got the buttcap looking at the ball/plane line a lot longer should quite up your hand action and give you some "structure".
Not a super big fan of Stricker's motion but he has model wedges . . .

@O.B.Left - I found Trackman to be a lot of fun. To put my post #6 into Trackman-ese; path is +2 degrees in-to-out, face -2 degrees closed to the path, then the ball will start out approx. 2 degrees right, drawing back to land on the target line.
@12 piece bucket - In that third picture, it looks like no wrist cock in the left wrist. ^_^ Thanks for the info - I'll try to digest it.
And don't get me wrong - I'm not advocating a double wrist cock - just trying to understand it a bit better through TGM. That said, I do seem to remember Chuck Evans saying a double wrist cock could work for a swinger - however, I might be remembering that wrong. I'm getting old.

Uh maybe Im a doofus but are you saying your ball starts out on line with your path and ends where your face is pointing? Hmmm?
