Should be about 68 degrees today. Some clouds in the morning and clearing in the afternoon.

Sounds ok - and it's going to be even better as time goes by. It's still snow on the ground at home, so I'm not complaining.

Better late than never..
Simple and easy is often the best. Strangely (?) enough I haven't heard or done the free armswing. This is much better: let the shoulders stay more less where they are and swing the arms all you want. A new and rewarding sensation. But steering must still be avoided! Roll that left wrist

Ya, well, we normally call it "Delayed Hip Action".

ok. So now I know a little more. My first thought was to say - call it what you want, so long as it works, but I'll go with delayed hip action. (and delayed shoulder action)?

The Arms lead and move the shoulders which lead and move the Hip Turn on the Backswing.

Yes - I know in theory. And it's supposed to work from the ground up in the downswing. But even here I feel the benefit of the free armswing - at least in comparison with what I have been used to doing.
